of my products. Each piece is handmade using a variety of natural and man-made products. Imperfections and irregularities will exist and are normal. No two are alike and it's possible that the piece you receive may appear slightly different from the example featured on our website. Although I do my best to duplicate materials it's not always possible, but each piece is beautiful on its own.

Handle your jewelry with care as each piece is constructed to hold up with normal wear and tear. Should anything break within the first 30 days, I am happy to repair it without charge.

I are also available to repair any piece after 30 days, at a cost to you, depending on the work required and whether parts are missing or additional materials are required."

Shipping & Delivery

Orders within the United States ship at a flat rate of $6.75 USD and ship via USPS Priority mail. If your order is placed before 2:30pm Monday through Friday then your order will ship same day.  If your order is placed after 2:30pm your order will ship the next day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday.  All orders shipped Priority mail USPS usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive at the specified destination.

International orders only accepted from Canada at this time and shipping may take up to 2 weeks to receive. Shipping to Canada is also shipped via USPS Priority mail for a flate fee of $33.00.

Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 20 days of your order date upon these terms:

  • Returns will only be accepted for a refund with the obvious appearance that items have not been worn, (refund amount will exclude shipping cost). Any appearance that an item has been worn includes; scuffing, sole worn down, weathered or scratched and/or strings dis-colored or faded.

  • If the items you received do not match what you ordered you are eligible to receive a full refund.

  • Exchanges are also accepted within 20 days of your order date as long as items have not been worn. You will need to pay additional shipping for exchanged items and would need to contact cherie@sweetwatersandals.com to remit payment for that or include it in your returned items, S/H would be the same you paid on the original order.
